Trolling has many definitions on the Internet, we know what they are, but what about the different types there are. I wanted to know the different levels/types of trolling there was so here’s a website describing some forms of trolling online. http://www.smosh.com/smosh-pit/articles/18-types-of-internet-trolls
A few of them can be quite relatable for example we can all agree we know someone who wants to feels the need to correct every, single, grammar of ours. Even with their, there, or they’re or its and it’s, someone is out there just waiting to correct everything. The internet is just a place where people can speak out freely. I think the internet serves as an outlet where everyone is connected, some just their voice to be heard, for attention, or simple communication. Facebook reminds me of my old pictures, and cringe worthy messages but keeps me updated. Instagram helps me meet new people and follow pages I like. Snapchat lets me have fun sending videos/pictures on demand. The internet is as great as it is a bad thing, what is your favorite thing about the internet or dislike about it? Do you guys have any stories to talk about and share?
I like how you opened up this side of the conversation. All we've been doing is talking about how the internet is a negative thing, and I think it's about time we start talking about the good that it can bring. My favorite part about the internet is that it allows me to stay in touch with family and friends out of state. Through things like Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram, I am able to see what they're up to and vice versa. Without the internet, I wouldn't be able to see what they're doing. I'd only be able to hear about it through calls and texts, which isn't nearly as fun in my opinion.
