How to stick to a "New Year's Resolution"
As the New Year approaches, many of us are anxious for a clean slate. We set goals, or "resolutions", that for most of us never keep. The problem with most of these goals are that the majority of them are unrealistic. A lot of us look way beyond the spectrum of reality and set a miracle as a goal. In order to obtain a new year's resolution it must first be achievable. After, you've set our your goal in stone it is important to remain calm and patient. **Nothing happens overnight**. Creating a timeline is fundamental to achieving your goal, it helps keep track of not only progress, but also serves as motivation to what is to come next. This next step takes a bit of pride, but letting your family and peers know about your goal is important. With the help of your bickering friends and family they'll make sure you don't fall off track. In addition, nothing is more satisfying than letting your friends and family know you've accomplished your goal. By sticking to these steps you might just be able to reach what you always thought was the impossible. Good luck!
